Lynda is an associate in our Real Estate Department.

Lynda is an associate in our Real Estate Department. Lynda has a wide range of experience across all sectors of commerical real estate law. Lynda advises both private and business clients in relation to a wide variety of commercial and residential property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasing, social housing and real estate finance. Lynda also acts on behalf of a number of state bodies in their capacity as vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. Lynda is currently leading a cross county title regularistion project with a number of state bodies.

Lynda is experienced in drafting and negotiating transfers, agreements for lease, leases, licences, deed of rectifications, renunciations, surrenders, side letters and variations for both landlords and tenants. Lynda is also heavily involved in the ongoing asset management for a number of clients which requires a great deal of collaboration amongst clients and agents alike.

Lynda is experienced in the social housing sector where she has acted for a number of developers, banks and alternative lenders on social housing development schemes and long term leasing. 

Lynda's recent experience includes:

  • Acting for a number of states bodies in an ongoing title registration project
  • Acting for Principal Real Estate Group on the acquisition on a portfolio of 55 social housing units from New Beginnings. The first type of portfolio sale of its kind in the state
  • Acting for a developer on a forward funding development and sale of over 100 residential units to an approved social housing provider, Respond 
  • Acting for a developer on the acquisition, development and forward sale over 40 residential units to approved social housing provider, Cluid 
  • Acting for a developer on the acquisition of a large mixed-use development site on North Wall Quay for a reported purchase price of in excess of €180m
  • Acting for a developer on the sale of 3 fully tenanted primary care centres to PHP plc for a reported €38m
  • Acting for pillar banks and alternative lenders on real estate finance transactions, namely in PRS and social housing 

Lynda has had articles published in the Sunday Business Post and Lexology. In 2021 one of the Lynda's articles published with Lexology was confirmed as being one of the most read arcticles for that month.
