Amanda is a corporate partner within our company commercial group and is experienced in advising large listed and privately owned businesses on M&A transactions. Amanda also leads our international Food & Beverage sub-sector team and is head of our Reorganisations group.

Amanda has particular experience of advising on cross-border transactions for international clients. Amanda holds trusted advisor status with many of her clients abased on her deep understanding of their businesses. The strong relationships she builds with her clients enables her to provide very effective and focussed advice on transactions.

Recent transactions which Amanda has advised on include:

  • Acting for Saputo on its acquisition of Bute Island Foods and the activities of Wensleydale Diary Products Limited
  • Acting for DFS on its acquisition of Sofology Limited and the sale of The Sofa Workshop Limited
  • Advising Rolls-Royce on the separation aspects of the £500m sale of its commercial marine division to Kongsberg Gruppen ASA
  • Advising Greencore Group plc on its acquisition of The Sandwich Factory Limited from Cranswick plc
  • Acting for Waco International on the sale of Premier Modular to Cabot Square
