Emma is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group. She specialises in resolving corporate and commercial claims, and has experience in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.

Emma’s recent TMT experience includes:

  • Advising a global IT services leader on high value, multi-faceted, multi-party disputes regarding managed services, IT solutions, and intellectual property.
  • Acting for a US head-quartered multinational developer of technology in relation to misuse of sensitive customer and supplier information by a former employee including issuing an urgent application for delivery up of that information and subsequently pursuing a claim for injunctive relief.

Emma’s other experience includes:

  • Regularly advising a leading digital current account provider in disputes arising from breach of contract for the use of electronic money products.
  • Acting in arbitration proceedings for a large UK public sector client in relation to a complex pricing dispute.

Emma is also a member of the Society for Computers and Law and writes articles on IT hot topics for clients.
