Angelyn advises clients on major infrastructure projects, complex procurement matters and construction. She is and has been involved in some of the largest public sector infrastructure projects in Ireland over recent years, including the development of the DIT Grangegorman Campus and Ireland's first Social Housing PPP.

Angelyn’s experience includes advising:

  • funders, developers, employers and contractors on all aspects of construction law, specialising mainly in non-contentious areas. She is familiar with many standard form contracts including the Public Works Contracts, RIAI, IEI, FIDIC, MF1, NEC and others, in addition to drafting and negotiating bespoke construction contracts;
  • both the public and private sectors on Public Private Partnerships in the education, healthcare, social housing and roads sectors; 
  • on all aspects of Irish and European public procurement, including the conduct of tender procedures, procurement challenges and the rights and obligations of contracting authorities;
  • on various planning and environmental law matters, including the EIA process, planning procedures for projects within a SDZ and strategic development infrastructure, protected structures and exempted development. She has also advised on various aspects of the Waste Management Acts, IPPC licencing and waste permits, the Seveso III Directive and related Regulations.

Angelyn is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, Lean Construction Ireland, the National Association of Women in Construction, the Society of Construction Law and Procurement Lawyers’ Association.
