Daniil is an associate in our corporate and commercial practice group. His specialization includes business registration, corporate governance and structuring contractual relations.

Daniil advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He participates in the drafting and execution of various transactional and internal corporate documents, conducting legal due diligence audits and drafting legal reports.

Daniil’s current projects include registering international companies’ Russian branch offices, preparing commercial lease agreements and structuring relations between tax-free operators and resellers.
