Practice notes

Ekaterina is an associate in our corporate and M&A practice group. She advices our clients on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and contract law issues. Ekaterina specializes in support for corporate procedures and transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and the purchase and sale of shares.

She has experience participating in several acquisitions, being responsible for corporate and regulatory due diligence, legal risk management, drafting a wide range of transactional and auxiliary documentation, negotiations, and representing the interests of clients vis-a-vis state authorities.

Ekaterina has also worked with international law within corporate and commercial issues and intellectual property/IT.
