Practice notes

Nikita’s practice focuses on corporate and project financing and cross-border M&A transactions, including real estate-related transactions. In addition, he also provides corporate, commercial, and contractual advice to foreign companies operating in Russia, mainly in the pharmaceutical and retail industries.

Nikita’s recent experience includes advising:

  • a Finnish-based real estate fund on the sale of its real estate assets in Russia;
  • a leading Finnish construction company on complex restructuring of its operations in Moscow Oblast;
  • a Nordic investment fund on refinancing its current business with a Russian bank;
  • a Finnish listed company on the sale of its pharmaceutical retail and wholesale entities;
  • a Swedish construction and forestry equipment dealer on long-term lease arrangements for its service centre;
  • several European pharmaceutical manufacturers on contractual, regulatory and IP issues
