Tatiana has extensive experience providing legal support to international and Russian clients. Tatiana advises clients on various corporate, commercial, labor and dispute resolution issues.

She has extensive experience in due diligence work and drafting memoranda on a wide range of issues, including corporate law, labor law, licensing, etc.

Tatiana is actively involved in drafting contracts and corporate documents. Tatiana has experience representing clients in the State Commercial (Arbitrazh) Court for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region and in courts in other regions of the Russian Federation.

Tatiana’s main recent projects include:

  • advised a leading toy manufacturer on issues related to the client’s ongoing business in Russia
  • assisted a global leader in smart technologies and complete lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets with carrying out the Russian segment of the acquisition of a market leader within marine navigation solutions for EUR 210m (legal due diligence)
  • provided legal advice to a major Russian meat producer and processor with the acquisition of a regional market leader (legal due diligence)
  • assisted Atkore International Group with carrying out the Russian segment of its international acquisition of Vergokan International (legal due diligence)
  • assisted Specta Group with the acquisition of a production company in Ekaterinburg, Russia
  • advised an online payments provider on employment law
  • advised an international engineering company on various employment matters including redundancy issues, drafting employment documents, and dismissal of employees
  • successfully represented the global trade association for airlines in the court of appeals in bankruptcy proceedings against Transaero
  • successfully represented the global trade association for airlines in court proceedings to defend their trademark, which was illegally used by a third party in its domain name and on its website
  • successfully represented the world’s largest producer of industrial coatings in a bankruptcy process where a claim from the bankruptcy trustee to recover funds was dismissed
