Paul is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources Practice group specializing in employment tribunal litigation.
Paul is an experienced advocate and has appeared in Employment Tribunal’s across England, Scotland and Wales. He has also managed cases through the High Court and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
He is experienced in dealing with complex litigation issues including whistleblowing, discrimination, TUPE and restrictive covenants.
Paul also advises clients regarding non-contentious employment matters such as restructuring/redundancies, TUPE transfers, senior exits, and settlement agreements.
