He advises leading national and international companies, project developers, asset managers and real estate companies on all aspects of real estate law, in particular in the area of commercial tenancy law and private construction law. His activities cover the structuring and negotiation of commercial lease agreements, both for landlords and tenants, as well as ongoing legal support within the framework of asset management and project developments. He furthermore advises on complex real estate and corporate transactions.
His recent experience includes:
- Advice to a project developer on the revitalisation, development, re-leasing and sale of a large office complex (the deal volume: EUR 300 million+)
- Advice to a logistics company on the customised project development of numerous office buildings
- Advice to an international insurance company with respect to the letting of a large number of offices and mixed-use properties and new development of existing real estate
- Advice to an industrial company on the sale of an industrial plant
- Advice to various operators of shopping and factory outlet centers within the framework of regular asset management
- Advice to various international retailers (especially from the luxury goods sector) in connection with the leasing of high street flagship stores and in the area of asset management
