Ulrika is heading the M&A team is Stockholm. She is focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and reorganizations. Ulrika has practiced law since 1997 and has extensive experience in advising international and Swedish clients on cross-border and domestic M&A. She also advises on general corporate matters.
Ulrika's recent experience includes:
- acting for Pollen Street Capital in its acquisition of Assessio group
- acting for SSW/Veoneer in the sale of Veoneer Active Safety Business to Magna
- acting for SYSTRA SA in relation to an agreement to acquire the Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian entities of Atkins, part of the SNC-Lavalin Group
- acting for Tenneco Inc in its majority investment in Öhlins Intressenter AB
- acting for Tenneco Inc of the Swedish aspects of an international reorganization project in preparation for the spin-off of the combined group’s powertrain technology business
- acting for Autoliv Inc in the spin-off of its Electronics business (Veoneer)
- acting for CSAM Health AS in various boult on transactions
- acting for Zordix AB (publ) on a number of acquisitions
- acting for Perwyn in its acquisition of Miss Group Holding
- participated in the Corporate Reorganizations podcast series to discuss spin-off and divestitures in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic
