Practice notes

Rebecca is an associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. Rebecca joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2019, having qualified as a solicitor in the same year.

Rebecca advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law and has experience in advising a broad range of clients within the commercial sector.

Rebecca provides day to day advice to clients in respect of disciplinary, grievance and capability processes and provides practical support and guidance throughout.

With regards to contentious work, Rebecca has experience in acting for Respondents in respect of unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
