Practice notes

Inge is an associate in our Brussels real estate and regulatory practice. She focuses on regulatory and litigation aspects of projects in the fields of real estate, energy and infrastructure. Inge has particular expertise in public law, working on matters in the fields of public procurement, planning, environment, health and safety, energy and infrastructure, and chemicals.

Her recent experience includes assisting the Belgian State in procedures before the Constitutional Court, as well as before the Council of State in various matters. Inge has also experience as a litigator before the civil courts defending the Belgian State in matters of state liability.

Prior to embarking on her legal studies and joining the Brussels Bar in November 2016, Inge was a violinist at the Theatre Royal the la Monnaie, and active in the IT-business. In addition to being a VUB law graduate, she is a qualified violinist and translator (French-German).

Inge regularly publishes in the field of public law, comparing mainly Belgian and German constitutional law.
